Hot Vinyasa / Power Hour - This dynamic, energizing and challenging style of yoga links breath and movement through unique sequences; combining sun salutations, standing postures and floor work. The smooth, continuous flow deepens the breath, develops core strength, increases endurance and challenges balance and flexibility. You will leave these classes with a renewed mental and physical energy. Each class will offer a different and amazing experience with each instructor. Hot Core Flow - is designed to sculpt and tone the body in a Vinyasa class setting. This class will train key muscle groups that are necessary for a safe and effective Yoga practice. Learn to initiate movement from the core as you flow through fun and dynamic Vinyasa sequences. Traditional Pilates exercises are added in to the mix in order to strengthen the deeper muscle layers. "Hot Core Yoga" is a great compliment to your regular routine, as it will improve your overall Yoga game!
Warm Yin Flow Need a break from the fiery nature of vinyasa classes? Long day at work? Warm Yin is perfect for beginners, athletes, students, busy parents, and anyone needing to take a moment to stretch and melt onto the mat. While the first few minutes of class will get you moving with a 10 minute warm up, the rest of class is dedicated to holding poses for a minimum of 10 breaths so you can begin to find or explore the depths of your practice. Yin will reward and challenge in its own ways, such as through remaining focused while allowing you to be lost in breath and the sensation of deep stretches.
Sunrise Power Yoga Start your week off right. Mondays at 6:00am - join hot Vinyasa instructor Anita for an invigorating 50 minute power yoga class. beginning with a warm up/awakening series, focusing on hip openers, rigorous flow and core. End with a cool down and be back in your home in time to serve cereal! All before Monday at 7am, this will most certainly start your week off right.
$7 Hot Happy Power Hour is for the yogi who wants a good work out. We will start class with a slow warm up, then bring up the heat with reps targeting your arms, abdomen, and booty. Your hard work will be rewarded with deep stretching to protect your muscles and a long savasana.
Candlelight Yoga End your day with the tranquility of our candlelight yoga class. The calming glow of the candles will sooth your senses and relaxing music will guide you through a slower flow that focuses on longer holds and deeper stretches. This class is the perfect way to find relaxation at the end of a long day or to rejuvenate your spirit. All levels are welcomed and encouraged.
